I purchased two pair of school shoes and two pair of sneakers last year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when I got home,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they had given me two different sizes in one box on one pair of shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and one pair of sneakers looked used and worn - not the ones we had tried on. When I had a chance several days later to go back to change them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they gave me a hard time about the sneakers,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], saying they didn have anymore of that style and that I should be glad that I got them on sale. I said I didn want the beat up looking ones and if they couldn give me another,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], new pair,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then to refund my money so I could get them somewhere else. They refused and said I could only have a credit I didn want a store credit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], since I only shop there once a year for school shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and I wanted my money to repurchase sneakers. After a big argument they finally gave me my money for the one pair and I went and got them elsewhere. I don like their lack of customer service. They know you can get the school shoes anywhere else and they treat you less than nicely because of it.
