Zenkaikon 2012 Zenkaikon 2012 has come and gone, and here is my gangle of photos. For some reason my body decided to reject pollen into my system this year and as a result I was feeling a bit poopy the entire weekend, but I didn't let that spoil the fun. This year's theme was, “JESSICA WILL PHOTOBOMB ANY PHOTOS BEING TAKEN AROUND HER”. Okay, let's go!We were very proud of this photo taken on Saturday (the second day) as it's one of the first times we got a successful jumping pic on the first try! Notice my awkward hand position trying to keep my skirt from inappropriately flashing the camera. LmaoFor day one Anna met us there as she arrived early with her boyfriend, Billiam. She spent a good deal of prep time making his Once-Ler costume, which was quite a hit. The ladies love him, which made Anna have involuntary bitch-face. LOL Anna went as Medusa, which is the first time her Medusa cosplay has been to a con. Billiam's friend,[url=http://www.belstaffbelstaff.net/topichtml/belstaff-redford-jacket.html]belstaff redford jacket[/url], photobombs in the background.Because Anna spent so much time on Once-Ler, she didn't have time to do Jessica's cosplay. So Jessica went as a fan girl which proved to be the most comfortable AND discovered her love for photobombing. No one really notices you photobombing because they are so focused on the person they are actually taking the photo of. So after I snapped this pic I casually asked, “So where did you get your hats” To which they replied “Target… like 3 years ago” D: Sorry Kim.Arrow to the Knee.This Inyuasha couple was really cute.Muscles Glasses!I don't know what this is from but she looked cool.LightningNot a big fan of Hetalia, but it's Korea… I gotta represent! LMAOQuailman!Wheatly, he had the accent and everything.The second day Anna and I swapped to Little Sister and Alice and Kim remained Scout and Jessica changed from her Captain America shirt to Dr. Who. Kim didn't realize how damaged my gun was, and made me a Vorpal Blade in a record 1.5 hours. The only thing missing was embellishments and blood, but at least I had a prop! (because I never know what to do with my hands when I pose… lmao)This poor Power Rangers group, I made them put their heads back on. They looked awesome though, and the little boy was SO cute!Be forewarned… Anna is terrifying as Little SisterKim's buy of the day was this mustache and, “I'm not who I say I am.”I got to meet Sonny Straight,[url=http://www.motorcyclejacketmall.com/topichtml/belstaff-world-wide-press.html]belstaff world wide press[/url], the voice of Krillin in DBZ! An american voice actor from a show I actually watched dubbed! Horray! He was fun and hilarious in person and in his Q&A panel.He signed my Vorpal Blade <3We also saw our friend Jen, we met her at a K-ON! meet-up at Otakon. She had a booth Miyu Mart in the Dealer's Room and her Lolita group Frilladelphia put on a fashion show. Here are pics from the fashion show, it was lovely.The black fabric didn't photograph as well from a distance :(On to more cosplays! Adventure Time Group. I was eating fake melon pan (THERE WAS NO COOKIE ON TOP! IT WAS JUST BREAD WITH THE DESIGN!! D:<< ) and told Kim to get a pic of them. So she held up her hand and said, “Excuse.” Then the girl was like, “Stop”Aurora, Ariel and?Maleficent with awesome keybladesThis was by far my favorite picture. This Assassin's creed was just sitting there like that. I didn't ask permission just walked up quietly took the picture and left. Look at the orbs!Robin vs?Rorschach (his mask moved)This different Assassin's Creed guy had a horde of dancing girls follow him around. He tried to stay in character but was loving every minute of it.Kiki's Delivery ServicePoison IvyHikaru and Kaoru from Ouran.
