Brewers reveal new alternate jersey,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
The Brewers revealed a new alternate jersey today via the team's Twitter feed. The dark blue jersey features a script "Milwaukee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," replacing their previous design which said "Brewers." The left sleeve also features the familiar script "M" above a stalk of barley on top of an outline of the State of Wisconsin.
The Brewers draw approximately half of their attendance from outside the immediate five-county vicinity of Milwaukee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so this design seems to not only more closely align the team to its home city,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but also acknowledge the statewide fans that make long drives to see the team in person.
The Brewers also plan to wear several other alternate home uniforms this season. They'll be continuing the popular "Retro Fridays,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," where the team dons it's classic pinstripes and ball-and-glove logo. Additionally,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to celebrate the 40th anniversary since Bud Selig moved the Seattle Pilots to Milwaukee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they have scheduled four ",[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," where they'll wear historic uniforms from each decade.
The Brewers will also have two tribute uniforms. On May 29th they'll wear the uniform of the Milwaukee Bears of the Negro Leagues,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and will wear their "Cerveceros" jerseys on July 10th in honor of Milwaukee's hispanic population.相关的主题文章：
