OKLAHOMA CITY, May 12 () -- Tony Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from her alma mater, Oklahoma City University.Chenoweth graduated from OCU with a bachelor's degree in music in 1990 and a master's in opera performance in 1992, The Oklahoman reported. She left the school determined to make a name for herself in the entertainment business, she said Saturday after receiving the award.
