I know this is way past the time you bought them, but here's some info from a former store manager. Any!! purchase can be returned for a full refund, regardless of time, or if they were worn, if you have your original receipt (no copies,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or bank statements etc). If you do not have the receipt, you will be credited with a store credit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for the lowest sale price the shoes may have had. Depending on the age of the shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that could be the regular price or $2. It always helps to be as pleasant as possible, because if the associates are new they tend to have difficulty applying this very liberal refund policy. If they say no,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and you have your original receipt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ask to speak to the manager,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if they say no,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because you don't have a receipt, ask to speak to the manager. Some customers have abused this policy but the oldest purchase/return I did was 2.5 years apart (they had the original receipt). In that case, the shoes hadn't been worn but I have returned shoes worn,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that showed up as zero value (because they were so old they were no longer in the system),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in those cases my store would credit $2 for a kid shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],$5 for a woman's shoe, and $10 for a man's shoe.
