Doug Weight, Bill Guerin among five headed to U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame

He was on two Stanley Cup champion teams.Guerin's and Weight's career paths crossed in Edmonton, St. Louis and the New York Islanders. They also played together on three U.S. Olympic hockey teams.Karmanos bought the Hurricanes franchise in 1994, moving it from Hartford in 1997.
