"Jillian and Bob really pushed us,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and I realised I had a lot more in me than I was giving."
Kristie's big tip
"You don't have to lose nine kilograms in a week you could lose 300g and you're still improving your life,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. And try to fit in maybe three hours of exercise a week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]."
