Youkilis, who signed a one-year deal worth $12 million during the off-season, has been out of action for a month with a lower back strain.Sabathia (5-4) ended a five-start winless streak by surrendering a lone run on six hits with 10 strikeouts and no walks over 7 1/3 innings. Mariano Rivera came on in a non-save situation in the ninth and allowed two hits without giving up a run.Teixeira walked and scored the game's first run on a single by Jason Nix in the second. Youkilis drove in a run with a single in the fifth.The loss went to Jon Lester (6-2), who made the 200th appearance of his career. He allowed four runs on six hits in 6 1/3 innings. It was Boston's third setback in four games.
