The Dallas Morning News noted Monday Ratliff failed all three phases of the three-part Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was verbally abusive after he was jailed.The arrest came six weeks after Ratliff and his teammates attended the funeral of Jerry Brown, a Cowboys player killed when a car driven by teammate Josh Brent crashed in Irving, Texas. Brent has been indicted on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter.
