Tori Schmanski spent most of her free time dancing for 12 yearson competitive teams, training about three to six hours per dayat the Dance Club in Orem, Utah. Lindon, Utah- Dance was a big part of life for a 15-year-oldgirl from Lindon, Utah until she was involved in a tragic caraccident on Father's Day, June 19, last summer.

After being trapped in the canalupside-down for 15 minutes, Tori was taken from the car andrushed to a local hospital. She spent 65 days at Primary Children'shospital, moved to Health South Rehabilitation Hospital and thenreturned to Primary Children's.
For Every Body, a candle [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] manufacturer in Lindon, Utah introduceda new candle line with Tori's [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] picture on the front of eachcandle and a tiny dancer on the top this September to raisefunds [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to help her recover.
She was traveling with her sister Whitney, 11, and two [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of hercousins. Whitney and her cousins swam out of the vehicle safely,but Tori wasn't [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] said they believe Tori saved their lives.
