SOLVED PSU or Mobo Busted,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
I'm trying to figure out whether my Mobo is busted or if it's my PSU.
I was using my pc just a few hours earlier and shut it down without any issues. But when I went to turn it on today,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I noticed that my computer wouldn't turn on. I checked the wiring and noted that nothing had changed.
I then reconnected all the wiring on the inside and outside of my pc,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Everything is correctly connected,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The LED on the mobo doesn't turn on,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I don't have a spare mobo or psu on hand,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
So,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], basically,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], what's the easiest way to troubleshoot my problem?
judging by the facts that you have some decent hardware listing in your signature area but dont show any PSU make or model does give a hint its a lower tier power unit
the PSU deserves as much consideration and budget and PRIDE as the motherboard, CPU and video card
so in your shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I would head to one of the big box stores like Bestbuy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Comp USA or Staples etc and get an Antec Trio Rail 650 watt and give that a whirl!
