I simply originated from the Broadway location, and that i cannot BELIEVE how rude their staff is. When i was entering the shop,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the manager, whose name I later found out was Cynthia, along with a nameless employee were coming through the door onto the street. Gurus them when the store was open,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and they agreed. I walked in,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I heard the nameless employee screaming about how I hhiitt her,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and just how she knew I her. I stepped out again and asked exactly what the problem was,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], after which the worker proceeded to shake her head side-to-side and pointing her finger at me and accusing me of pushing her. Why would I actually do such a thing? Her boss Cynthia,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the manager,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], calmly looks on. I realize that this is Manhattan plus some aloofness from staff is anticipated,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but when your employee starts picking ghetto-style rows with baffled customers, you have to keep her under control! I never shop there again--the store is as cheap as it looks.
This store comes with an amazing mixture of clothes for going out and merely using with an everyday basis. It mainly organized by color so that you can select the items that looks best on you easily; when I was there for the first time, I had been surprised about the number of great things I wanted to try on. The one - huge- trouble with the area though is the return policy. They don have one and basically anything you make it happen,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can only return for store credit. It an unfortunate insurance policy for such a great store to possess.
