What is it that makes losing weight so hard for so many people? Think about it what is it that you need to do in order to lose weight? Well first of all just the very words to lose weight implies you are losing something, that you will be without. Instead of starving yourself make sure you eat 5 times a day or so, with any carbohydrates consumed in the earlier part of the day. So eat 5 times a day, small portions, but more of them.
