I know intangibles are an important part of a college coaches recruiting process. I speak from experience. I am a 6' guy that played quarterback in the Pac-10. Be sure to do well in the classroom,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and put together an athletic resume with video to promote to college coaches.

A Division 1 coach is looking for MALE golfers to have a SCRATCH handicap,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and FEMALE golfers to have a handicap from 0-5.
A D2 coach is looking to recruit male golfers with a 0-4 handicap and female golfers with a 0-10 handicap,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
A D3 coach is looking to recruit male golfers with an 8-13 handicap and female golfers with a 10-20 handicap,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
All D1 schools have 4.5 male golf scholarships per team,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while the female team has 6 scholarships total for the team.
NCAA Division 2 schools have 3.6 male scholarships,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while the woman's team has 5.4 scholarships.
